They’re out to get me!!! I’m not a bad driven, never been in an accident (that was my fault), hardly ever get pulled over, and only had the rare speeding ticket. I don’ have any other infractions. But for some reason in the last couple months, the cops have been looking for me.
I got a 6 pt. ticket in Sept. that I just got reduced to 3 and cleared up last Mon…. one day after getting a second speeding ticket. This one I got caught going 69 in a 65… ok, it was a construction zone (if a couple orange barrels in the median count) so it was posted at 55. I got a 4 pt. ticket, if mailed in reduced to 2pts. Geez, good thing I have all my points.
Then just this morning on my way into work I got pulled over, 66 in a 55 NB 1-25 near the Lincoln/Broadway exit. First off, that stretch should be at least 65, second, it was a little after 3 in the morning, I was the only one on the road. Anyway, the cop was looking for drunk drivers. He didn’t even run my info, he just looked at my ID and insurance, asked if I’d been drinking and when I clearly hadn’t, he let me go.
Still, that’s 3 times in less than two months. I feel like such a criminal. Yikes, they’re everywhere, be careful out there.
