Ooooowwww!!

  Ok, so I got the new trainer yesterday and he kicked my ass.
It takes about 24 hrs for soreness to set in… it’s just before 11am the next day… and the soreness is setting in.  OOOOOoowoowwwwww!!!  Beauty is painful!
