Thanks so much about coming out about having Ulcerative Colitis. I hope more People can start talking about things like that so that way we can find a cure.
My fiancee has Crohn’s disease. He was dignosed when he was 16. Sad to say there are a lot of things that he can’t eat because it could kill him…. The things that a lot of people take for granted… Not a lot of people even realize that it is possibly that if you eat something as common as a piece of fruit or even a vegetable (beside the potatoe) that it could kill you. He has to be very careful about desserts also. Just the simple Spice Cinnamon can kill him or at least have him in pain for 48 hours.

Well that is enough of my rant.
Congratulations of doing so well. Its awesome how well you did in the gladiators audition. a lot more courage than what i have. I just sing thats it.

Love listening to your show. Don’t let Jessie and Shotgun get to you. Your the main reason that i listen to the show. =)

  • Miss Vicki, Congrats on your tryouts on the Gladiators. That is great that you tried aleast. Good-luck and who is this Brett guy? Pictures please!

  • Miss Vicki,

I just wanted to let you know that you kick ass – along with the rest of the cast of your morning show. It starts my day off perfectly. Okay, I may be blind, but I could not find your e-mail address so I am using your blog to ask a question.

I want to take my wife out for a wonderful evening on Valentines. However, I procrastinated with making reservations and can not find a nice place to take her for dinner and drinks. Valentines is also our 9th wedding anniversary. Do you have any suggestions???

    Thanks Vicki, YOU RAWK!

  • Hey sorry you didn’t get a call back, but at least you did better than a friend of mine. He waited in line all day to come to the registration desk and forgot all his paperwork he need to register. OOOPS. Congrats though its a big acomplishment and step in your training.

  • hi vicky,
I tried out for American gladiators in NYC. The scene there was very much the same as you described it. I waited in line for ten hours and i was number 321 to audition. i felt like i did really well in the fitness test and i was feeling so confident in getting a callback and i haven’t heard anything. i guess my question for you is: have you heard of anyone getting a callback yet or could it be that they just haven’t made the calls yet? maybe just hopeful thinking.
