The big Shotgun Wedding is today. I am excited and nervous. Also to kick off the wedding my new boyfriend, Brett and I are supposed to be in a “Committment Ceremony”. Jesse is officiating and he even wrote our vows… yeah, see why I’m nervous now. 1st of all, this is a new relationship, 2nd, Brett has never met Jesse & Shotgun (they’re a lot to take in the 1st time), and 3rd, I have a feeling Jesse has some trick up his sleeve.
It’ll be fun no matter what happens, and it will be cool being pronounced boyfriend/ girlfriend officially, I guess. Brett’s a good sport, I just hope he doesn’t get scared off by all this. But I’m most excited I am is for the REAL weddings. While the Shotgun wedding is most untraditional, it’s still real. It’s legal and binding and these couples are in love. I just love weddings.
I hope I don’t cry.

Vicky! You were gorgeous up there! And Brett is cute. He really is a great sport to go through that whole thing and really is in to you for going through it and putting up with Jesse. I just saw the video (and heard the whole thing on the way in this morning, including the grilling from the boys. Way funny!) and you looked shocked. Jesse was just not nice! Hope you have a great time tomorrow night.
